Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund or Replacement

Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
